We will have a fly-in at KBBG airport, Friday, April 21, 2023.  Please plan on arriving between 11 and 12 noon.  The SWBS vans will shuttle people to the hotel, *Lodge of the Ozarks, (details for reservations are below so make sure you read all information) to drop off your luggage until check in after 3 p.m.  After dropping off luggage at the hotel, it is a short walk to a selection of places to eat lunch and explore on your own.

Friday evening dinner - Botanas Premier Mexican Restaurant - 6:30pm reservation (depart earlier to arrive at restaurant by 6:30).  Botanas Mexican is within walking distance of the hotel.  Vans will also be available to and from the restaurant.

Saturday morning - A complimentary hot deluxe breakfast at the hotel between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

After breakfast "explore Branson on your own."  There are many attractions, shopping and shows close by.  Vans will be available to carry people to this area also.  Enjoy lunch and the day.  We need to be back at the hotel in plenty of time for a 2:30p.m. departure to head to the Branson Belle Showboat.

Saturday evening dinner - **The Branson Belle Showboat cruise departs at 4 p.m.  This includes dinner and a live show.  (More information about the Showboat below so again, read all information.)

Sunday morning - A complimentary hot, deluxe breakfast at the hotel between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Van shuttles to the airport will start at 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. 

*Lodge of the Ozarks - 3431 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO 65616;   a block of rooms have been secured for SWBS, each room has 2 double queens ($149.95 plus tax).  King rooms can be booked at $154.95 plus tax, if available.  You must book directly with Lodge of the Ozarks by calling Renee with their Group Reservations at 417-335-2555. Guest's credit card required.  All rooms must be reserved by March 30, 2023, as SWBS block rooms will be released to the public on March 31, 2023. Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m. Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty fee.

**Branson Belle Showboat - Register for the cruise as you do the initial registration.  Sets sail at 4 p.m. Saturday and includes dinner and live show.  Dinner seating is banquet style, and the price is $63.40 per person, payable with registration.
