Friday, Oct 2 Arrive at Grand Lake Regional 3O9 (also known as Monkey Island Airport) between 4:30 and 5:00pm for a dinner at the Landings Market & Grill. The dinner will start around 5:30pm and include BBQ ribs and pulled pork, baked beans, potato salad and a dinner roll, soft drink or ice tea. Landing fees are $25 or $25 gallons of fuel plus $15 per night stay We will have transportation covered by the SWBS to Tera Miranda after dinner. Once you have registered for the event you will need to call Kelly at Tera Miranda to reserve your room in a cabin. The rooms are $135 per night. (918)257-4274 Tera Miranda Resort Please let her know you are with the SWBS group. Saturday, Oct. 3 Saturday morning we will transport to a nearby restaurant called the Road Hog for breakfast. (Pay individually) It will require two trips to the Road Hog for breakfast in our van. Around noon, the yacht will arrive at Tera Miranda to take us on a two-hour tour of the lake over lunch. The Landings Market & Grill will provide us each with a box lunch and drink for our trip. (Included in the registration) We will return to Tera Miranda about 2pm. Saturday evening we will have a cook-out utilizing the outdoor grills. We are planning on Salt Lick Chicken and burgers. We’ll pre-arrange as we did last time for attendees to provide their favorite side dishes to supplement our evening meal. SWBS will provide wine & beer. If you wish any other beverage please BYOB. Sunday, Oct.4 Sunday morning we will provide a hot meal of Eggs, bacon and sausage, fruit, coffee and pastries. After cleaning up we will start transporting people back to the airport for departure. Per Person: Meals-$50 each (includes 2 dinners, box lunch and 1 breakfast) Yacht-$38 each SWBS will pay for all transportation costs for the weekend as well as the wine & beer for Happy Hour on Friday and Saturday evenings.
