Schedule of Activities

09:00 - 11:45 am Arrivals to Eastland Municipal Airport (KETN).

09:30 - 11:00 am Coffee and tea for the ladies at the Gulley’s home

11:45 - 12:45 pm Catered lunch.

12:45 - 02:00 pm Annual meeting and posting of new officers and board members.

02:00 pm Departures.

For those who wish to fly in on Friday evening, plan on staying at the La Quinta Inn. Bode Zietz (our FBO manager) has kindly offered use of his courtesy cars (he has two but one isn’t in the best of shape) and I’ll also ferry folks to and from the La Quinta as necessary.

We will also plan a “dutch treat” dinner on Friday evening at Pulido’s Mexican Restaurant at 7:00 pm.

On Saturday morning, Lorrie will be hosting the ladies at our home for coffee and tea. Time is posted above but feel free to come as you arrive.
